MEET MR. CEO (BUILDING FUTURE CEOs)

Prof. Bismark Agbemble popularly known as “Mr. CEO” life’s purpose is to develop future CEO’s (Christ Elected One) to become change agents through education, entrepreneurship and leadership. Mr. CEO is a seasoned investment banker, educator, author, policy analyst and economist who is passionate about transforming organizations, individuals through his mantra “Use What You Have” approach to solving complex challenges with simple solutions rooted in equity, compassion, accountability and a process-purpose results driven approach in his work in Africa.

Prof. Agbemble is a subject matter expert in the following areas: Entrepreneurship, Public Policy, Education, US Foreign Policy and Leadership Skills Development. For nearly two decades he has committed his professional life to working with organizations, educators, students and career professionals to pursuit excellence through service to humanity through compassion and biblical worldview of building and inspiring change agents one person at time.

Prof. Agbemble began his professional career at Bank of America, where he was Vice President of its retail banking division in Philadelphia. In 2012 his was founding partner of Plugin Corporation an investment firm focused on developing educational products and services to improve digital literacy, digital security and entrepreneur skills training for emerging countries especially in Africa. He brought to Plugin Corp. his intelligence, strategy formulation, quantitative analysis and leadership skills to drive excellence. In 2017, Mr. CEO went back to first love to become an educator and a policy analyst and lecturing West Africa, East Africa and China.
Prof. Bismark holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard University, MBA from Eastern University with a concentration in Financial Engineering and Bachelors of Science in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Liberty University in Public Policy. Mr. CEO the Board Chairman of America-Africa Institute of Universities (AIU). In his spare time, you will find Mr. CEO in the community spending time with school age children through his Foundation by providing- educational scholarships, feeding programs, literacy skills and mentorship.
